Here's another one with a staggering purchase price. Someone actually spent $1.3M for a 3/2 in Pompano Beach. Now it's in foreclosure and being sold for 44% off of that price -- and it still seems well overpriced. I have a feeling this one will be sitting on the market for another 103 days or more.

I remember looking at this house last year, must have been a short sale offering. I cannot remember the particulars, only that I was not particularly impressed.
Price is improving, call me when they break the $500's.
Come ON it's POMPANO for gods sake!!
LOL!
I'm starting to see some softening from the banks on these repos, reality must be setting in.
The best part is you can buy this home for 3/4 million dollars and listen to the pompano helicopter school constantlty fly over your head. I lived in that area and it was horrible the noise from that school all the time and worse on weekends. I finally sold and moved out in 04 before I cracked and found a shoulder fired rocket launcher.
