My god did I get the flack 2 years ago on the SS threads!
You and me both along with some other regular posters like "Wake up Broward," Mike Fink, and a bunch of others that were there two years ago.
Remember "Millionaire?" I miss that guy the most. He was great and was absolutely convinced that properties would continue to go up 20% per year. I wonder if he has ever read this site.
He started out in Toledo Oh, about an hour from me. He was trashing the market something horrible, like don corleone from Medina Oh 20 miles away.(remember him?).
Anyway, next thing I know his isp changes to WPB and he's pimping the market.
He still posts occasionally as hehe. Sounds like he bought something in WPB area.
Yeah we were outnumbered like 10 to 1. LOL
