It is amazing to me that anyone would have ever paid $155k for a beat-up, old, POS, one-bedroom condo like that in MB. WTF were they thinking?
It was only a matter of time before the communist-propaganda rag, the Sun-Sentinel (AKA Pravda) jumped on the bailout bandwagon.
If the Feds or the Sun-Sentinel really cared about working folks, they'd allow the market to settle back naturally -- back to affordable levels.
That's in North Miami Beach not Miami Beach (big difference).
