In response to a previous post about "vulture" investors...
I don't really understand what these "vulture" investors plan to do. What is the plan?
Buy a condo building for 50% off?
Great - then when prices actually ARE 50% off in a few years(real market value), the "vultures" really paid full price. How is that being a vulture and how would you make money doing that?
Already, the recent auction for units at the Platinum went for 50% off their prices from just earlier this year. I can only imagine how much worse it will get:
