$11,520 per year for HOA on a 2-bedroom condo?

My first house cost me $135,000. It was a 3/2 SFH on a quarter acre and my PITI was less than what this joker has been paying monthly for his HOA alone.

What do you get for $960?

According to the listing agent, the HOA fees gets you: CABLE, COMMON AREAS, HOT WATER, INSURANCE, GARBAGE AND TRASH REMOVAL

You'd still have to pay for your contents insurance.
