Just another $50,000 off, and this one will be priced about right. As a matter of fact, a buyer might be able to get this one now for $100,000, which is still a little too high, but close enough. I actually looked at this neighborhood 2 years ago. If I had bought, I would have been the FB instead of this guy.
It sold for 94,000. el a was very close.
