That's funny! Whoops. I guess after sitting on the market for over a year, the sellers have finally become motivated.
What on earth makes this property worth 399k????
Nothing makes that property worth $399,000, just like most of the other homes for sale in South Florida.
Did they really think they were going to get $745,000 for it a year ago?
Throw in the noise from living on the corner of Red Road, and you have a bargain for sure.
Well, at least you can fool the out of towners with that fancy "Coral Gables" address
