We should have a worst realtor photo award. I've seen this on a realtors site in Miami. I love it when I'm browsing on ziprealty and a house for sale has as its first photo a picture of a bathroom toilet. It's true! The realtors should get awards for biggest idiot or something.
Wait, now thats not a bad deal. That could rent for 450 a month, it would cover the morgage and give a little. Now buy twenty of them and make a drug rehab and you will see a good return on you money. I think its not a bad buy and the neighborhood is bad but still not that bad.
