I wondered, who the hell is being these things? And more importantly, am I underpaid? The idea that lowballing is going to "upset" a seller is ridiculous. Let them be offended. They don't have to sell.
Looking at the community again after 6months, GL has lowered prices by 100k on the larger homes and I would estimate that 50% of the community is up for sale, so you have the pick of the litter. Lowball away people...lowball away...
