They need to keep dropping that price if they ever think they're going to sell it. That house is worth about $400,000.

Another one for you. This condo was purchased new in Jan, 06 for $218,000. 4 months later in April, 2006, it was sold to current owner, who lives in Buffalo, for $349,000. It´s been on the market for 120 days, started at $359,000, now down to $309,000.
