That particular neighborhood is oversaturated with these townhomes - and the builder is still slapping them up, although I suspect buyers are lacking.
Only a matter of time before they start marketing them as rentals.
Great for the property values....
Then there is always that issue with the proposed Wal-Mart on the vacant land next door - don't know if that has ever been resolved.
