I wonder if they've lost viewership because they're talking negatively about the Housing Market.

If you research the Name "Michele Stadler" you will see that she has a vested interest in the market.

Has anyone heard about the new "debt forgiveness" legislation they are getting ready to pass in Congress?

If it passes in it's current format, it could encourage more upside down property owners to give the keys to the bank and walk away.

That's what I think, too. It may help F'd borrowers, but it certainly won't help the real estate market.
