Guest Columnists Wanted

Do you have an opinion about the South Florida real estate market? I would like to include your column on this site. Here are some suggestions for possible topics:

• Do you have anecdotal experience with the South Florida market that you would like to share? If you are a Realtor®, a mortgage broker, an investor, a renter holding out for a price drop, a seller, someone facing foreclosure, or anyone else affected by the local market, we would like to read about your story.

• Do you disagree with some of my posts or analysis? Rebuttals to my positions are strongly encouraged.

• Do you have some analysis of the local market that you would like present?

• Do you support a political party, candidate, or policy that will affect the local market?
  

Some guidelines:

• The article must be directly related to South Florida real estate. If it covers a national issue (i.e., a political candidate), you must somehow relate it back to the South Florida market.

• I will print the article verbatim, in its entirety, and without comment (although I might comment in a separate discussion).

• I will gladly include links to your blog, personal site, or commercial site.

• If you would prefer, I will post your article anonymously

• The article must be your original work. Other's work must be appropriately quoted.

• Any quotes or facts must include either a footnote or a link to an Internet site of origin.

• In general, your article should be between 300 and 1,000 words.
