Today's F@cked Buyer (Coconut Grove)

This one-bedroom, 605 square-foot apartment has been on the market for 342 days (Do you think they'll throw a one-year anniversary party when it hits?). They originally listed it at a ridiculous $255,000 and have reduced the price down seven times. Unfortunately for them, it still remains ridiculously priced.

3052 SW 27 AV Unit: 103, COCONUT GROVE, FL 33133

I need your help with this daily feature. Do you know of a F@cked Buyer? Just add the MLS number or the FSBO link in the comments section and I will add it to an this daily update in the future.

Another over-priced ghetto home. Who the f@ck would pay over $200,000 for a home right in the middle of crack town?

This f@cked buyer will have a tough time selling this for more than $100,000.

I am not typically shocked by high prices in nice areas. I figure that there may be some careless trust-fund kid that will get suckered into buying a shack in a desirable area.

However, when I see little, tiny, closets in the ghetto with prices like this, I am still amazed.

What were these buyers thinking? Did they really think that people would keep paying nearly a quarter-million dollars for a closet in crack town especially when you could rent a similar unit in a nice part of town for a tiny fraction of the monthly cost?
