SoFlaBubbleDude,
At first I thought the above link was sarcastic and then I realized the writer was serious.
A flipper who never flipped, but he'll give you the equity?!!
peter
I'd like to post this one for your list:
16295 SW 26th St.
Miramar, Florida 33027
Purchased: 08/15/06 $385,000
Listing for: $339,900
MLS# D1191547
Please double check my info but I think that's correct.
Goes to show that no area of South Florida is immune from this major correction.
Evergrene is infested with f@ucked flippers.
By the way, has anyone seen those houses in Evergrene that are literally RIGHT ON the railroad tracks? You could high-five the train conductor as he goes by. That's how close these things are.
I guess they would be good houses for trainspotters. Maybe that's what the some of the flipvestors were thinking... "there's a huge market for trainspotters out there that's just waiting to be tapped. The Florida Department of Bullsh*t Statistics says that 2,000 wealthy European trainspotters a day are moving here."
