Way too high! I sold my house in Paddock Park 1 in September of 2001, on Squires Dr for $455K and it has 1.09 Acres. Less square ftage but much more land and I also put a 65K kitchen in the house, porecelein tiles, new a/c, new pool heater, pool completely redone and even included fiber optic lighting, incredible rock waterfall, over 25K in additional landscaping and STILL the house sat on the market without so much as an offer for a YEAR. I lost more than 100K on that house in what was a normal market. Suddenly that house is a million bucks? LOL. I don't think so!
And this one with zero privacy is 800K? Double LOL. Whoever buys into this is a schmuck.
