Great video. I know dozen of people who have Options ARMs. They all swear they are paying more than the minimums, but you know they aren't. They have BMW lease payments to make, plasma televisions to buy, and a daily Starbucks Venti Lattes to suck down, all on $50,000 a year. Two or three years from now, they'll eventually figure out what "Negative Amortization" means. Suckers.
