seems like it was sold in 2005 for USD 750k. it is now on the MLS for 158 days and this is the price reduction history:

Price Reduced: 04/28/07 -- $715,000 to $699,900
Price Reduced: 05/10/07 -- $699,900 to $685,900

if i get this right, they are looking at a USD 130k loss before agent fees.
the house is still pitched at a valuation of USD 200+/sqft. Seems like they are headed for more pain.
i found this using zip and zillow. funny thing, zillow shows a valuation of $796,283. that appears to be inaccurate.

Sorry. The link was working when I originally posted this. Unfortunately, since then, the house was removed from the MLS (Maybe they finally sold it?).
Once the home is removed from the MLS, the link to Realtor.com quits working. This is going to happen from time to time, especially on the older postings.
