IT'S SO FUCKED UP, this is the kind of shit that pisses me off. I've been saying that these shows are a huge part of the blame on a couple of other blogs I visit and to see the truth pisses me off. You cant put in some new counter tops and grass and expect $100,000 return. If I had lost money, I would file a law suite with A&E and I know some lawyer would take it and turn it into a class action suit. In fact if I see one I am going to add on to it because I CAN"T AFFORD TO BUY A HOUSE!!!

I always suspected those flipping shows were full of crap. Now, we have the evidence.

What really sucks is thousands of people watched those shows, decided that there was easy money to be made, and jumped on the bandwagon.

Now, they're probably facing foreclosures on the dumps they bought.

Oh well, at least the banks will be able to sell off a bunch of fixed-up dumps with French doors, stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and travertine tile...

... in the ghetto.

Shows are a joke and people are hurt but flipping is legitimate for a certain few. Not all flippers are idiots who are being a taken. i am a contractor and make a decent living off other flippers and all those who bought during the bubble. Those people keep my family fed and send me on nice vacations!
